Windows XP Theme For Windows 11

1. First, you need to download Retro Bar to your computer.

Note: that you must have .NET Core on your computer to install Retro Bar. If your computer does not have .NET Core, a dialog box will appear asking if you want to download .NET Core. You just need to select Yes to be able to access the website to download .NET Core.

4. After completing the Retro Bar installation process, the Taskbar on the machine will switch back to the Windows 95 interface. Right-click the Taskbar and select Properties.

5. A pop up window appears, in the Theme section select Windows XP Blue and click OK.
